I haven't contacted the hull cartridge company yet, but just looking at thier list of offerings, it seems that they don't offer any ammunition in 16b with a paper hull.
I should write an email to them and see what happens.
Do you know that they do offer 16b paper hulls?

One way or the other, it's nice to see that I'm not the only one who wants paper 16b hulls.
It's even nicer to see that we'll all have a chance to get some fresh current manufacture stock of them too.
