I’m jealous!Much nicer than my .303 Savage 1899s, one with flat butt plate from first year of production and the other with curved butt plate and post 1908 action. Both plain round barrelled guns that shoot better than I can.

Condition wise on yours, the only thing I can see wrong is the honest carrying wear at the point of balance from the horny/sweaty paw of the original owner.

Keep it, enjoy and I wish I could be with you when you go after that whitetail. It won’t know what has hit it.
