I would also say Holland & Holland. Even though I'm clearly not in a position to order a new gun from them, both their former NY gunroom manager and the floor salesman in their London showroom went out of their way to take time to talk H&H history, and in the case of the London gunroom, give me a half hour tour of their private museum to further discuss the company history! I'm not sure you can calk it "customer" service as the newest gun of theirs I owned was 130 years old, but it certainly made an impression.... if I ever win the lottery, their firm is my first destination
