Yes, the leaf spring that returns the top lever to the "at rest" position. A weakened top lever spring is often the cause of the toplever moving slightly to the right and allowing the barrels to partially begin to open, upon firing the first barrel, thus rendering the second barrel useless, as it won't allow the trigger for the second to "break" when pulled.
