I use about 68-72 grains FFg and about 3/4 ounce shot (ideally 8.5) for targets, and 1 ounce for upland game (usually 7.5 or 6's) in my 14 gauge. I use the same in my 15, 13, and 19 gauge muzzleloaders. Have lots of fun with it.
