Those could be original length barrels. They don't always touch on a Fox. That said I'd be pulling an order card on it before plucking down my money. Pad can be changed. Nice pictures but lousy description. LOP should be provided as well as DAH etc. Pretty hard to find gun with the K trigger and overall very nice condition. No doubt original wood. LOP will always appear to be super short with the K trigger in the rear position. That often throws folks off. I suspect LOP probably will show as being in the 13" range, which in reality the same as 14" LOP with the normal double trigger.
