I've only shot 2 Merkels in the past 40 years that I can recall- both were top shelf double guns- flawless in wood to metal, balance points- If only they didn't have the cheekpiece Continental buttstocks, and were in 16 gauge-- RWTF "The field is the touchstone of the man"..
