I drove out to the Rock Mountain Side by Side Challenge and shot my first sporting clays course. While I won't claim to have shot very well, I enjoyed myself immensely.
I'd like to thank all of the staff who were patient and helpful answering my questions. some of which I'm sure where a bit strange.
While I've never been to a sporting clays event before, I have been to a lot of state level events for some of the other shooting sports and Rock Mountain put on a great match and I'm planning on going back next year to see what they come up with for 2021.
