No Special Ed Ted..The broken Versa Vise he repaired never broke he used it till his death....

Ed Mason was a master gunsmith he could fix most any part of a gun beyond detection.

Ed's remark came after seeing a screw I had buggered.

Pretty much, no. I was first contact if someone had a broken Darne in this country, and the jobs I couldn't handle went to Kirk Merrington.
Lots of guys right here, have my work in their gun safe.
I’d bet money the late gunsmith saw the screwdrivers with the pink handles you got from Lowe’s and figured he better save you from yourself.
