When you get a bill, whether it is commercial or governmental I suggest you either pay it or contest it. Those traffic tickets will tie up the transfer of your vehicle when you either try to sell it or trade it in. The commercial bills will destroy your credit...Geo


And may prevent getting your license renewed.

I had an outstanding ticket from a small town I have never been to in Minnesota. The state of Iowa would not renew my drivers license over it. The ticket was over a decade old. It was ridiculous. I did not pay, but it took some work to square away.
