Here's my idea for a spring loaded wad/shot-overcard dispenser. Remember the old gravity fed coin changers every bus driver used to have?



Well, there are a lot of cheap spring loaded tubes now available to dispense coins. They could easily be modified to dispense whatever size card or wad you want.
