Many thanks, K- your response makes sense, and is probably backed by solid research and years of experience with barrels and double guns--this 2E would be a private purchase, if I decide to pursue it further-- Hard to imagine being able to ring the barrels on a double at a local gun show- too crowded, and in my experience, many "dealers' don't their way around double guns.
