Edited to add, for Stan's benefit, the presumption that Blacks are not going to treat the women and girls like ladies and use disrespectful language is...racist.
See, that's exactly what I was talking about. There was, and is, no presumption that blacks will do that anymore than whites. We have had instances where whites have disrespected the women, and been inconsiderate of small children, and paid for it. One white guy was backed out into the river to the point that only his face was above water. A couple of his buddies came to his rescue in a boat and got him out of there. I've never seen a black person misbehave at the river. Not saying it can't happen, we just don't expect it. But, as I tried to be clear about earlier, we don't tolerate it from anyone. Play your race card somewhere else, where it might apply.
