well yeah stan, but it aint wheat, potatoes nor rice...

and that is the point...cool, low carb and healthy...

now for dinner, there is a salad:

chicken breast, avacado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, crotons, spices with cider vinegar and olive oil dressing...

washed down with a wine, tonic and lime cooler, on top of lots of ice...

and perhaps cold diced peaches and port for dessert...
