Well, there's Larry Brown... once again engaging in the political commentary that he and his anti-Trump pals claim to find so offensive and prone to driving folks away from this site.

Welcome back to hypocrisy central. But since Larry started the off-topic political discussion...

It does not seem strange to me that Trump is still trying to get adequate funding for a Border Wall and Border Security. He was attempting to do it while Republicans controlled the House, and certainly did more than his recent predecessors who talked the talk, but did virtually nothing. But there are enough Republicans that also hate Trump and also have a vested interest in uncontrolled illegal immigration. Larry probably doesn't understand this, but Trump is not a dictator, and he needs support in the House and Senate to fulfill any campaign promises. If he goes the Emergency Executive Order route, Liberal Democrats will file a lawsuit for injunction before the ink is dry. Trying is a lot different than lying Larry.

By continuing to pursue what he ran on, Trump is doing a great job of exposing the Liberal Democrat lie that they are also interested in Border security. Mike Pence stated that Trump was willing to compromise and accept less than half of the $5.7 Billion he is asking for. But lying Democrats who previously stated a willingness to spend even more are now showing us they never meant what they said.

And before anyone says it, Mexico absolutely would pay for the Wall. The savings to U.S. citizens and taxpayers for the Welfare, Education costs, Health Care costs, depressed wages, incarceration and prosecution of criminal illegals, and costs associated with drug trafficking would far exceed the cost of securing the border and building a Wall. Liberal Left Democrats are still trying to regulate and ban AR-15 rifles. Rifles of all types were used in 376 murders in 2016, while 63,600 Americans died from drug overdoses in the same year.

If you could have been a fly on the wall in the voting booth with Larry, I'd bet you'd have seen him vote for Hillary. Some things become clearly evident over time if you pay attention.

A true sign of mental illness is any gun owner who would vote for an Anti-Gunner like Joe Biden.
