tom: interesting that you changed the scenario, in order to disagree with the statement that what happened almost forty years ago is irrelevant...obviously if kav is proven to have lied recently under oath, then that would most likely sink him...that is why the fbi stall should be avoided, if the votes are there now to confirm kav...if not, then trump's gotta roll the dice and hope the feds find nothing that suggests kav is fibbin...
