Not yet. Right now these brilliant folks are discussing how to control how much ammo goes in and out of the state in the hands of individuals.

Like I go chukar hunting in Nevada - leaving with say, six boxes of ammo. They would like to make sure I don't return with more than six boxes of ammo. I wonder how much money they are going to throw at enforcement of these laws... and how they think they will control it? Maybe, since California is now a "sanctuary state", they will spend immigration 'enforcement' funds they now longer need?

This whole deal is a crock of shit.
