You are completely wrong. CA sends more tax money to the feds than it ever gets back. We've had this discussion before, and I wish you guys could get it straight. CA is completely eff'd up in almost every way, but that's an internal problem and it's not costing the rest of the country a single penny. It's costing the CA taxpayers a damn fortune.
