In most cases, people use:
"triple verrou Greener" in the case of a double Purdey bite and a Greener 3rd, and "triple Verrou Purdey" in case of a Purdey nose 3rd bite.
"triple verrou" would cover all other mechanisms.
"quadruple verrou" is a more complicated system such as on the Ideal.

The simple doll's head is quite unusual actually.

Another word or expression is:
"éjecteur/extracteur a grand développement" meaning that the ejector contact point on the hull is over 1/4 of the circumference. Normally found on high-end guns only.
