A quick googling resulted in these additional notes on Prandelli & Gasperini:
Established 1960.
Known for good guns with nice engraving, also short barrels; but they also made some 'cheap' guns, including folding single barrel shotguns.
in 1971, 250 guns were exported to France.
An early hammer gun shows Belgian Cocquerill barrels; some barrels were reportedly made by Sabatti.
Supposedly closed in the early 1990s?
