It has been shown to me, by a wise board member, that my position in this set-to with ed concerning my BSS has been inconsistent. He very gently pointed out to me that, because I would not ask for reimbursement for the BSS repair bill after basically agreeing with the no return policy, I should have left it at that, and not brought it back up. He is right, I should have. To not leave it be is to be inconsistent with my desire to maintain my integrity about it all.

My apologies to all of you for "airing my dirty laundry". Know that I only had others' best interests at heart, and it was never about reimbursement.

The subject will not be revisited by me again.
