Hello to everyone. This is my first post on this part of the board.

I own a much battered rifle choked gun. It has "Victor Conical Ball and Shot Gun" inscribed on the barrels. The pictures will tell a better tale than I.

The gun is numbered 9517. It has a Greener cross bolt. The forend has a horn tip and the butt plate is also of horn. The stock wood is nothing write home about as is the gun in general but despite having not been particularly well cared for before it ended up with me it locks up like the proverbial vault and I can certainly vouch for the quality of its trigger pulls. It shoots shot beautifully and handles very well indeed. It weighs a solid 7lbs. 12 ozs.

i really would like to know anything at all about the gun especially the proof marks.

Thanks to all.

All the best
