All of the above is good info.
Fuhrmann helped me out when I first picked up one and that info is pretty much on.
The only change that I made was that I wasn't sure of the chamber as it was a very old rifle, so I took 8x57r360 dies and expanded the neck to .366 after sizing.
This gave me a case that was sure to fit and I fireformed them.
Where does this leave you? Well, if you have a fired case, you can send it to CH4D and they can ream a set of dies if your chamber is off of standard.
Other option is that since this is a relatively low pressure round you can simply handload fired cases unsized, which is what I ended up doing - especially if you don't plan on firing it much.
I shoot a BP load with a paper patched .357 slug. very easy to put together and reasonably accurate (around 1" at 50).
