The visible proofmarks are ok for a rifle proofed before 1912 in Suhl: Eagle, crown/U, crown/G. "200" is the gauge number for the bore, not groove, diameter: A #200 = 7.25mm = .285" plug passed the bore, a #181 = 7.50mm = .295" one did not. So it left Suhl as a rifle and was not converted later from a shotgun.
BTW, Lindner did not make any guns, he farmed out work to be done to his prescriptions to the best respective masters of the Suhl guntrade,barrel makers, actioners, stockers, engravers and so on, marked the completed product with his name and sold them to Daly.
