If you wrote Tristar, they are no longer the distributor. If you wrote the current distributor (us), we did not receive your letter.

These guns are easily regulated, requiring one box of ammo typically. The vertical adjustment is under the forearm, the horizontal at the muzzles. The adjustments are quite intuitive. Forget about where the group is at first, just get all the bullets in the same group. To do this, you need to mark each hole noting which bbl it came from. Then you make your adjustments with a screwdriver, probably best to do vert and horiz separately, at least in the final stages. Once all the holes are in the same group, you adjust your scope.

These guns are uniformly very accurate due to the cut-rifled bbls. You can expect to achieve circa 1 moa both barrels (not each barrel) with the right ammo (and it also helps to get the triggers worked, they are quite heavy from the factory).

If muzzle adjustor is broken, of course, you will have to get that fixed first.
