If you are using Internet Explorer, got to the top of the page and clcik on TOOLS. Then select Internet Options. when that opens up, look at the GENERAL Tab. half way down you will see osme buttons to select; DELETE COOKIES or DELETE FILES. click on each of these and delete your old cookies and old temp internet files. Many a time that clears out old info that screws up connecting to a site.
