In the booklet CSMC recommends we oil the barrel threads and choke tubes, so I assumed it had been done before shipping. I finally got 'em out after putting 100 shells thru it, and they sure seemed dry to me. I've got some SuperLube Teflon syn grease on them now. If that doesn't do it, maybe some anti-sieze stuff. After that, maybe machine some notches and get a different tool.

Those who longed for fixed chokes may have gotten their wish.
