I'm watching it too. When it first popped up it was just a black screen for about 30 seconds and then the picture appeared. Nothing going on right now though...

That's right, first black screen wiil appear and then depending on your speed connection you have to see the picture.
Righ click and you can choose full screen mode.
If you can see nothing, probably your Windows blocks it. Find Show Content and unblock it, maybe you need to start Active-X, follow the instructions.

It finally showed up. it seems to take a good while to load the actual image.
I'm on a high speed cable here with comparable machines and can easily watch streaming videos without any issues.
No active-x messages so I must already have the plug-in.
No-one was "home" at the time but at least there was a picture of the clearing.

Too many people watching this channel around the world now, thou camera installed ~ 1 month ago. IBM people said probably this is the only on-line camera for watching wild life today.
Information about this channel extended like explosion.
That's why it takes too much time to load for watching.
