I understand that two more original Parker Invincables have surfaced. Anyone have more information on them? bill

per p. 132 of Muderlak's book, 2 more than 3. No mention on the PGCA Forum.

Bill, ask on the PGCA forum. I had not heard anything like that. Where did you receive this information? I'll run down to the museum tomorrow and make sure the first three are still safe.

Any Invincibles which surface from now on would be considered fakes by everyone alive...unless they were accompanied by some very convincing paperwork.

Alledged to be out of an eastern collection, that would, of course, make 5. They will be at the Vegas Show this winter, I refuse to go to the Parker site. It is owned by a lawyer who knows everything! The major dealer who told me said he plans the best high grade Parker sale ever. He wants my Colombia Expo. AH display gun for the sale. bill

Bill, I beg to differ with you on the point of some lawyer owning the site. Granted, the person you refer to is opinionated and post rather lengthy diatribes on occasion but he is seldom heard from anymore. The PGCA forum is a wealth of information and a very friendly place to hang yer hat and be welcomed. Dean

FOOTNOTE to above post: "diatribe" is used in it's original 1581 definition, in this case.

Yes.....yes....the story just crossed the wires from AP:
Evidently some dealer in PA hit the jackpot on an estate deal!! Apparently the guns were tucked away in a duffle bag owned by Babe Ruth's bat boy. Additional info. is sketchy at best, but sources close to the story were quoted as saying, ".....best ever found...." Hmmmmmmm????.
