I was wondering if any one had attended Saturdays Amoskeag auction and if so if they had noted what the hammer prices were for the following items: Item #135 (Drilling by C. Did not attend, but won five items in the last weeks Greg Martin auction. No Sauers this time, however.

Jeff, I won a Sauer last week. I'm waiting for it. Should be here midweek. 30" straightback, 266,000 range, side clips, bought it hoping it was a heavy pigeon gun. We'll see. I still have my eye on the 40 (or was it a 45?) 32" gun we corresponded about some time ago. I will keep you informed. Bill Murphy

Cheif...Exciting news winning five items! :-) Congrats! Also congrats on your win Bill! Hope that 40 purchase works out for you and if not I'll gladly step up for a go at it. Just let me know! I'm really curious about that Rickelt becuase it has that unusual wide wide breach with the kersten bolt & lugs that one only rarely sees! Foxhound...how did that Rickelt shoot when you owned it? Jeff it shot (less than an inch at 50) and handled beautifully. It was a sweet little double, and I'm sorry I still don't have her.
