One of the last 200 hundred model 700 guns made in Birmingham, beautiful condition, very strong case colors and blue, lovely wood, 5&1/2lbs, 2&3/4" chambers, choked sk/full (.012 & .025"), 25" barrels, ejectors, tight on the face, the stock measure 1475/8" over a checkered butt, DAC 1&1/2" DAH 2", cased in a very nice Brady hard case with a leather Webley & Scott label. 4500$

That would make for a wonderful little quail, woodcock gun for me were it not for the high DAH. I'd have to float the bird and I'm not going to do that.

I have the mate to it in 28ga. Barrels still 1/4 and 3/4. Got it from Bill Jacques a while back. (40 +years) . Killed hundreds of doves with it until reading about how the barrels were to short. Bought a 28” Red Label, then a 28” Parker repo that I had restocked. Been fun but….
