I understand that Miroku has built shotguns for several companies including Charles Daly, Winchester 101, Browning Citori and guns under their own name sold overseas. From my understanding Miroku had 3 or 4 models themselves. My question is spare parts interchangeable between the brands?
There is the Browning 425, 525 and 725 that I know about. I understand the Daly and the Citori 525 are the same, is that correct?
I own 2 Citoris and have a Charles Daly on the way. Just wondering if Browning parts fit the Charles Daly? Will barrels interchange between the Daly and the Citori?

If it's an early citori but browning change to coil springs and the miruku kept v springs would say don't count on it

I will answer my own question in case anyone is interested in this thread in the future. I received my Charles Daly and compared it to a Browning Citori There are little if any compatibility between the Daly and the Browning. The barrels will not interchange. The Daly has top pivoted Hammers and the Browning has bottom pivoted hammers. Most Brownings have coil springs and the Daly has "V" springs. The only things that might be interchangeable is some of the safety/barrel selector parts and maybe the firing pins.
I have found no parts supplier for Daly parts. A good gunsmith could make the V springs which is the most likely failure parts.
