I love the level, flat rib. Prefer a capped pistol grip to the round knob, though. JR I am a flat or vent rib guy, swamped ribs are not for me. All my other SxS's are pistol grips.

It appears from the Initial post/photographs that this is chambered for 16ga 3", is this correct? If so I am wondering why you chose this rather obscure chambering and what brands of shells you have found available. Please let us know.

I didn't know it would have a 3" chamber, I will never shoot 3" shells in this gun.

I think that British and European gun-makers are building guns with longer chambers to future proof them with the advent of steel shot.
