No mention of a single trigger in the 1918, two 1919s, 1920 and 1924 Ithaca catalogs I have. The last Flues era catalog, the big 1925 Ithaca Gun Co. catalog lists a single selective trigger for $25 and also offers a beavertail forearm for the No. 4 and higher.

So grateful you’ve collected the Ithaca catalogs and appreciate your doing to the research. That answers the question. For whatever the reason, there was a gap.

for Kutter -- read your paragraph on the single nonselective trigger for the lefever nitro and western arms sxs shotguns. have a couple savage fox model B sxs and your does a good job of explaining the workings of the savage triggers on the model B fox. have posted request for pictures of the nitro and western arms single triggers here. did a google search and found pictures poster here of drawings probably for the shop that made the trigger components. was going to repost the picture here but do not see any way to do it. the drawing does show swinging weight that would act as an inertial block on the itnaca nonselective single trigger. the savage fox has a inertial block but it is a puny piece of metal that appears to be of no use for this trigger to work

Right at the same time that Ithaca Gun Co. introduced their non-selective single trigger, mid-1932, Savage Arms Corp.'s J. Stevens Arms Co. and A.H. Fox introduced a non-selective single trigger on the J. Stevens No. 330, the Springfield No. 315 and No. 311 --

Savage also briefly offered the NSST on their Fox doubles. First appears on the new Fox Special SP-/SPE-Grades in the June 1932 price lists --

and was offered on all grades in the 1933 and 1934 price lists.
