Bill Jaqua's fine operation in Findlay, Ohio- since 1948, still in the family-- MEC loaders, Leupold optics- others have also endorsed these companies in this thread. RWTF

+1 for Luepold as well

I would also say Holland & Holland. Even though I'm clearly not in a position to order a new gun from them, both their former NY gunroom manager and the floor salesman in their London showroom went out of their way to take time to talk H&H history, and in the case of the London gunroom, give me a half hour tour of their private museum to further discuss the company history! I'm not sure you can calk it "customer" service as the newest gun of theirs I owned was 130 years old, but it certainly made an impression.... if I ever win the lottery, their firm is my first destination smile

They were great with parts but although it was a very sophisticated machine it was always broken and in need of parts.

Decades ago I sent my original MEC loader that I'd worn the threads out on from changing dies back to them. I'm pretty sure they sent a new loader screwed to my baseplate back to me. It is still my 20-gauge loader.

The work Lou at CSMC did for me on my RBL-12 issue was way above what anyone could expect.

I traded my 26” barrel Citori Lightning for a Ruger Red Lable Sporting Clays in 1994. Over the years till recently, that Ruger served me well as my main waterfowl gun. I usually hunt out of a custom duck boat I built myself. My boat has built-in gun racks and one day I set my gun in the rack uncased and upside down. The boat ride back to the ramp was pretty rough. I was bummed when I found my vent rib was dented between rib supports.

By this time the Red Label had been out of production for years but I sent it back to the factory with a letter stating it was totally my fault, and that I’d gladly pay if they could fix it. I included my phone number and email address but weeks went by without a word. I was just getting ready to call and make sure they received it when I received a package in the mail. Inside was my shotgun with a short note saying they went through my gun and brought it back up to spec.

Well, they didn’t just replace the rib, they gave me brand new barrels, they also replaced every single part except the stock, forend, receiver and forend metal. Everything else, all internal parts, lever, trigger, trigger guard, all was brand new. No charge!

Good morning Stan, Happy Holidays.
You’ve got to love a BenchMade knife. Here’s a 9 1/2” folder.

Does a leatherette beer cozy count as a measurable level of customer care?
I’m betting your going to be fine.

Nothing to love about a plastic handled knife bOb....

Leupold and Swarovski have always went above and beyond....last dealing I had was with Schmidt and Bender I sent in a scope to have the top turret changed one week later I had it back and was charged a reasonable price.

The number of people that speak to Leopold's wonderful service from first-hand experience makes me strongly concerned about the quality of their scopes in the first place.
