It's been awhile and i doubt i have good quality digital pictures, and my 6E did have profuse engraving but my recollection is it was acid etched and not cut. Which, FN Brownings went that route also after '74. For what they cost, one, even at that time, did not get full coverage cut engraving. I can't recall the year mine was made but i got it in the early part of this century and i think it was $1400 which I felt was a bargain.

I have a 6E in 20 gauge. Its one of my favorite guns. Incredibly well made. Most people mistake it for a sidelock, though its a very well hidden box lock.
