On removing epoxy like finishes.
Citristrip - Don't waste your time . The finish just laughs at the Citristrip. It is not pretty.
Jasco Premium - No Methylene Chloride but after about 7 applications (30 Mins each)the finish softened up enough to scrape off.
Brownells Certistrip - Has Methylene Chloride - after 3 applications the finish was soft enough to scrape but not dissolved. I bought 3 of the last 11 qts. Brownells had.
I was in my local commercial Ben Moore paint store and they had a brand called Old Masters. I have not used it yet but the can Lists Methylene Chloride as the first ingredient followed by Acetone, Methyl Alcohol and Toluene. They only had 3 pts and I bought 2. The said that was the last.
Should be set a while with the stronger stuff.

For these finishes you may want to try a heat gun. It will soften the finish to the point it's easy to scrape off. It also has the advantage of not being toxic.
