well then, lets talk about cool, healthy summer meals...
for lunch, i had white grapes, watermelon and peanut butter...
and lemon water to wash it all down...
not bad...and i feel so proud of myself for not going the high carb, high fat route...

Think again. Grapes, watermelon, peanut butter and lemons ................... all carbs. Peanut butter has a fair amount of protein, but it's still a carb. If it grew on a tree, plant, vine or bush, it's a carb.

well yeah stan, but it aint wheat, potatoes nor rice...
and that is the point...cool, low carb and healthy...
now for dinner, there is a salad:
chicken breast, avacado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, crotons, spices with cider vinegar and olive oil dressing...
washed down with a wine, tonic and lime cooler, on top of lots of ice...
and perhaps cold diced peaches and port for dessert...
