Hi fellas,
I've a shooting acquaintance who recently had the shell extractor rod fracture through on a Perazzi TM-1 single barrel trap gun. This being Montana, I'm assuming a qualified repair person will likely lie out-of-state. Any leads on a top-notch Perazzi repair source west of the Dakotas might be a logical start, but am open to hearing where any of you with first-hand knowledge would go under similar circumstances. 'Thanks' in advance for any leads.

Philip in Quipman, TX can handle this without any problem. Give him a call 210 313 5988. He is the best shotgun man I have seen in 60 years of looking.

John Philip lives in the country just outside of Quipman, he has all the repair work delivered to Emory. If you get a chance to visit him, his skill and knowledge is beyond belief. Make sure you get an appointment a bunch of people carry guns to him for repair and he can be covered up.

Ok, but just for the record, it's QuiTman, not QuiPman. Named after John A. Quitman, Brigadier General Under Zachary Taylor in the Mexican-American War and later Governor of Mississippi. Thus endeth the lesson. JR
