Gentlemen,

I was visiting Gander Mountain Wednesday when an older gentleman came in with a Ithaca NID. Gander was not interested and told him they didn't buy guns they could not get parts for. I was lurking and heard this! Anyway I introduced myself and asked if I might take a look. I just verified it was an NID and that there were no cracks or dents. I did not break the gun open, but the barrels appeared 28", with solid blue(not shiney) wood straight grain (not shiney), two triggers, case maybe 25%, I think engraved dog? I was late to be somewhere so I offered $400. and told him to see if he could do better and if not to call me. What price should I go or am I about right? It looks like a nice solid gun. Thanks for the help. There is a bit nicer gun on Gunbroker right now - BUY NOW $465. also here in PA.
