mark, i had one once, belgian made as i recall...came with shells...fired a round of skeet and found it to be a delightful little gun...hit most of the same ones i usually hit and missed more than the usual ones i miss...never saw another 24 gauge hammer gun, plus ammo is impossible to find...a less rare 28 would create the same experience, plus a variety of ammo and components are readily available...

keep it simple and keep it safe...

John came right out and told us that is what he expects Geo. It couldn't be any more evident.

That means one thing... John is doing his own Trolling.

This thread has nothing to do with doubles. The title says it all... "Off Topic". So when will one of the whiners and crybabies who are so thin-skinned skinned and childish that they feel a duty to bother Dave Weber demand that he locks or deletes
this crap?

A true sign of mental illness is any gun owner who would vote for an Anti-Gunner like Joe Biden.

Good morning Keith
How are you today?
Up awful early!

P.S. both my 32 and 24 gauge guns are doubles

P.S.S. this is post 13 on this thread, so 12 takes the cake, UNLESS, you consider post 4 smile

Send Dave 10 bucks John you ain't fooling anybody...

How many 24 or 32 guages do have for sale at Quality Arms Inc. ?

Don't you think the free loading gun dealers/gun farming gun smiths should be paying a monthly fee for the slick advertisement's in their signature line ?

Be Honest John....

Pissss...just remember you asked for it don't get them panties in a wad now brother.

John I'll address part of the problem you mentioned like staying on track with the subject line...

It's hard for a bunch of old senile old farts to do most of the time...

They get to thinking about their foe hummud n tin they had when they were a boy or that old Remington 514...see you got me doing it.

Or how their gran pappy used to whip they azzez....lucky for the rest of us they don't reminisce about their long forgotten sex lives.

The problem with both the 24 and 32 is that with factory ammo available the performance is much weaker than other easily found ammo for more common gauges. The 32 is competing with the .410 for payload and the 24 lags behind the 28. I shot a round of Skeet with a 32, missed low six for a straight. It did what a .410 could do but the ammo was sedate compared to what a lot of .410 reloaded crank out.

Just too much overlap in gauge choices already. 20/28 does not need a 24 bridge. 28/410 does not need a 32. They might be fun novelty guns to shoot but thats about it. Thats the same reason I sold my 2 12 bore. Others could do the same thing easier.

Not saying you're one of the free loading gun dealers...but you are running an advertisement in your signature line.

You missed the question John...

Never seen either a 32ga or a 24ga. Not even a bullet for either one...Geo
And that's all I have to say about that.
