Use the ignore feature and periodically tell Dave you have had enough of the crap that goes on here, and finally, withhold your money. Dave does not answer my notes, maybe he answers others. But he won't see my nickels if he will not enforce his own rules. Maybe Money Talks.

Use the ignor feature. Five people contribute 90% of the post you wish were not made. Unless you are not logged in all their post will show as blocked. Just by the back and forth blocked posting you will know they have called we�d anothet thread degenerate into a rats nest of quotes and points completely off message.

Keith does contribute some meaningful information but once he starts quoting others he�s done contributing to the subject. The other four I have blocked are just a waste of internet electrons. Snide remarks and stupid remarks about stuff far above their level. Ignore and be happy. I hope they also have me on their ignore list. Would not want them thinking I�m watching for their postings at all.

I guess that means you'll be posting pictures of your Internet gun dreams in the future ?

My motto is "the answer is no, unless you ask." I asked, we'll see what happens. I'm not asking for any sort of censorship or restraining freedom of speech. Just pointing out that about 5 people have 1,000s of posts of arguing and hate amongst each other. There are other users on the forum that really, really enjoy double guns. Nothing wrong with policing yourself and being respectful of others.

I really didn't want to ignore these 5 people, but appears I have no choice if I want to be able to see the best from this forum.

Any tutorials on the "ignore" function?

Unfortunately you have to click on the username you want to ignore, click view profile, then click ignore user. Three step process.

Ignore them or choose to be amused by their silliness. Just know when you see those posters who you have identified it will invariably be tripe, animosity, or ignorance and spend the time on them they deserve.

Enjoy the useful things on this board as there is much more good than bad.

That is about all you can do. If you look at the annual �thank you for donating� list, you will see that it gets shorter and shorter every year. Eventually it will get to the point where it cannot sustain itself.
