Digging through old stuff, I found that I own and have stock certificates for 300 shares of General Recreation, which owned/owns Ithaca Gun Co. It has gone through several changes in status...Would anyone have any idea if this stock has any value? Hefty reward may be in offing!

Stock in a long bankrupt corporation isn't usually worth anything, although General Recreation may have other assets and still be in business. Your stockbroker can find out for you and give you a current quote.
However, an Ithaca collector might have a monetary interest in owning your stock certificates. I remember seeing where a collector paid big money for an Ithaca oil can...Geo

Their only worth is as a memento. I have a stack of them. Zero cash value unless you fine an Ithaca collector who might pay a few bucks as a keepsake.

Actually these are certificates for General Recreation Corp shares. IGC was one part of that corp.
