Why don't you ask someone who can give you an answer you want to hear?
From the old misfires, my understanding is that you have some familiarity with law enforcement. If you have seen other laws in the past that have not been enforced, what were the reasons?
Unfortunately, the criminal would need to be much fairer to advance gun control. It's a bit like, every month in chicago there's an Orlando happening over and over again, but the perps are stereotyped as democrats. Do you have an answer for that?
