Renaissance style leaves or Wetzlaub, Altdeutscher Laubgravur(Blackleaf), along w/ Gamescene. That badged D. Loesche looks like something akin to Ned in the 1st reader(McGuffey - Eclectic) & doesn't seem to fit, i.e., applied by a novice?

IS IT SAFE TO FIRE MODERN (SMOKELESS) AMMO IN IT (critical)?

Clockhand indicator - the in battery or fired indicator on the outside of the lock.

DRGM - Gebrauchsmuster - novel idea or petty patent giving protection for a 3 year period & could be extended.

207M - some barrel number

Holes above & below of the firing pin holes.

Yes, a Prussian but what you have is a war trophy; therefore, an inland. It wasn't exported or imported into the U.S. of A. so a country of origin stamp is not warranted.

Possibly safe to shoot w/ appropiate pressure. You need a cartridge w/ a load that duplicates the pressure for 4 3/4 Dr. Eq. of S.P. Powder.
