Greg,
If you are asking this question of owners of Fabarms es,dt,26" ers, I am not one, but if I may I will offer this: If all you shoot are 26" English grip guns any new one you buy, without handling first, may turn out to have a feel that seems distinguishable. Just as will occur if you shoot English, pistol grip, etc. I happen to have a 12 gauge sxs that is a PG, 26" and the significant difference from my 20ga, 26" is the pitch of the stock butt and one wieghs 6.25 the other 7lbs. I have broken 24s with both, but usually just make it into the 20s. I have done a bit better with my heavier SXSs, pumps and semis that range in weight, barrel length and fit. I tell myself all the time I should pick one gun and shoot it only, but I'll never do it. I'd rather be a poor shot and dream? Just think- if this new gun fits you perfectly and you never miss with it, your done! I do hope you new one is all you want it to be, but if it isn't you got it at a good price which makes it a better fit than many.
