I shot NSSA Skeet for too many years to do "low gun" even though I know it would be better for my hunting. I doubt I'll ever take the RBL-410 hunting. I put a couple of nice gouges in my RBL-16 when I took a tumble out in the Channeled Scablands chasing Pheasants, so it is my permanent hunbting RBL. Down along the Tucannon River on Friday the 22nd --

Great photo.

The trouble with the "Channeled Scablands" is the bunchgrass doesn't cushion the basalt much; hard landings! And too much of it is posted....

What a beautiful Double.
Although none of your RBLs are slouches, the wood on your 28 is my favorite.
Use them all in good health!

That looks like two good friends had a great day.

Take that 410 to the field and enjoy it. Bring a gun slip and take it to a dove shoot. You only go around once and time waits for no man.

Your wealth of shotgun knowledge and collection of RBL's speaks volumes for the quality of the gun. My knock around guns aren't even close to your 16. smile Very nice guns! Gil

Very nice. I'm wondering after looking at the three together how similar they are in drop and pitch. They appear to vary a bit, but maybe that's just a difference in how they're positioned for the photos.

The 28-gauge does have more pitch than the other two.
