I have to say that I think that Donald Dallas is a bit naughty (In my opinion) because he seems to do this with all his books. Brings out a brilliant book that you just have to have at �75 then eighteen months later brings out volume two, same as volume one plus maybe thirty pages and it's another �75! But maybe it's just me being tight?
