I would like to know if anyone has information .775 caliber? what i need to know the true bore size and who can converse a heavy 3in. double into a rifled 10 bore, that would be .775 caiber.I know that Rigby did one.

There were many 10 bore rifles made back in the day.
The problem would be to find someone who would make a fully rifled barrel/s for you now. I suspect that Rocky Mountain Cartridge would have the chamber measurements. Then getting a custom made chamber reamer from someone else.
If it's a strong enough action, Birdhunter could easily do a conversion.

The thing about converting a shotgun to a rifle is you usually have to go down a bore size. 12 to 16 and so on. Rifle barrels are thicker. So you can't usually get 2 10 bore rifle barrels to fit a 10 gauge shotgun. I am building a 16 bore on a 12 bore frame
