OP Dan Rossiter Boxlock Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 28 North East PA	Hello gentlemen, I need some help Identifying this unusual double. A good friend of mine wanted me to help him with an estimated value and on this particular gun I can be of little help. I have yet to encounter anything quite like it. I noticed the orientation of the hammers. They appear to strike the top of the breech a pin fire perhaps or some kind muzzleloader with a rare ignition system? He tells me it�s a Zolli and that�s all I know. OH Osthaus Sidelock Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 753	are you sure its a muzzleloader? it looks like a hinge pin in the one shot and some slight gap at the breech face. and in those pictures I do not see a ramrod thimble. a pin fire will have a small notch on the top of the back of the barrels. any proof marks under the barrels?
